The Opala MAXI floor light was one of the three Opala lamps originally designed for Hotel Scandinavia in Copenhagen. This floor light was for many years widely appreciated as a beautiful and exclusive floor light for both private homes and large projects like e.g. the Churchill College i Cambridge by Architect Henning Larsen. For the Churchill College the Floor light was for the first time manufactured in white. Opala Midi Floor Light has never previously been in production.
